Our values are simple: we combine the good, the essential, and the beautiful while being conscious of the needs of a mother’s physical health and emotional wellbeing, and also conscious of our precious planet. We want to offer not just what is good and desirable, but what actually works in pregnancy and postpartum. We focus on evidence-based solutions such as acupuncture and physiotherapy massage, naturopathy, and also in ayurvedic treatments with hundreds of years of practice and great results behind them such as our signature “back to shape” postnatal massage. We are innovative and strive to bring the new mother the best products, treatments and therapies which are non invasive and breastfeeding friendly.
