Fitness classes

At Ma’House we offer both Yoga and Pilates. These are two types of exercises which are particularly safe and effective during pregnancy and post birth. Our classes are particularly flexible to accommodate all levels of exercising and fitness focusing on every mother’s abilites. Our teachers are very experienced and adjust the classes according to the needs of the group so a mother needs not to worry!
