Introductory Price – £750.00

• Before the assessment, Dr Sophia will send you a health questionnaire for you to complete ahead of your meeting.
• you will have a personal consultation with Dr Sophia and the phlebotomist will meet you in the comfort of your home or a place of your choice such as your place of work.  The phlebotomist will collect your blood and send it to a London Laboratory to be analysed.  This will take no more than 10 minutes.  Once the blood work is out of the way, Dr Sophia will have an in-depth conversation with you exploring your lifestyle and overall health and wellbeing pre & post baby e.g. poor sleep, anxiety, exhaustion, etc.  You will have the opportunity to discuss your eating habits and any particular areas of your life you would like to address.  This should take about one hour.
• After the assessment your blood will be analysed by a London Lab and interpreted by Dr Sophia.  Your blood will be analysed against the main micronutrients that play a major part in pregnancy, causing the woman to have a reduced level of them after birth, which results in Postnatal Depletion.  These include Iron, Zinc, Cooper, Magnesium, Vitamin B12, and Vitamin D.  Along with the self-reported questionnaire, this will give the Doctor a clear picture of any deficiencies you may have, the severity of it, and how to best tackle it to make sure you’re back on your feet as soon as possible.
• According to your overall results, a bespoke Health and Wellbeing Plan will be developed with the aim of getting you up to speed by bringing your micronutrients levels up to an optimum level.  You will have an online meeting with the Doctor where you will have an exploratory discussion about your results and any plans to address your specific needs.  You will also have the chance to discuss any other services you may want from Dr Sophia such as a full Health Coach Programme.
•  A courtesy call from the Ma’ Team will be made after 12 weeks to touch base and see how you have been since the assessment.
• You can expect to have your assessment’s results within 7-10 from the date of your first meeting.
