Delivery

The delivery cost is free for all UK order of £150 or more.  All orders below £150 are charged at the standard delivery of £5.50.

We deliver all our products to anywhere within the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands).

Ma’ House will despatch your order within 2 business days of receiving it. You will get an email confirming this.  Once your order is dispatched, you will receive it within 3 business days.  Deliveries are made Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.  If you need your order to arrive on a specific date, for example on a Saturday or you need a gift ASAP, please Contact Us Before you place your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. 

If you would like to send a gift to a hospital or a workplace for example, please make sure you supply as much information as possible and that somebody will be able to receive it so that it doesn’t get sent back, incurring more charges to then be sent to a different address.   

All our Wellness and Beauty services are delivered to London postcodes starting with W4, W8, and W11 only.  If you buy a Wellness or Beauty treatment for someone who lives outside these areas, please Contact Us immediately so we can discuss whether we can accommodate your order, or if we need to cancel it.   

We do not deliver any of our products or services outside the UK. 

Returns and Exchanges

We know that, sometimes, things don’t go quite as planned so we’ll take care of it as swiftly as we can.  You have 14 days to make your return in the condition they were delivered to you and with proof of purchase, and we’ll gladly give you an exchange or a refund. 

In line with the UK Distance Selling Regulations set out for all online retailers, you can cancel the purchase of goods within the ‘cooling-off period’ of 14 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.

Please note:

All returned items need to be in the condition they were delivered including the original packaging. 

For Hampers, we do not accept individual items’ refunds, and exchanges can only be made in case of damage or faulty products.  You can however, return the whole hamper for a refund within 14 days of receiving it.

When you return an item to us, please give us a heads-up by sending us an email at hello@mahouse.uk so that we can keep an eye and speed up the process. 

All returns are at your own cost unless we delivered a damaged or wrong item.

Refunds and/or exchanges are made within 7 days of us receiving the products back in good order. 

Refunds will be made using the original method of payment.  

All Ma’ Events including Ma’ Fitness are non-refundable unless cancelled by Ma’ House London.

All Wellness and Beauty services are non-refundable unless cancelled by Ma’ House London.  

All Wellness and Beauty services require a 48 hours cancellation period.

Gift Vouchers

A gift voucher is treated as money and, therefore, can be combined with other discount offers. 

A gift voucher does not cover additional tax, service charge or gratuity.

When you buy a gift voucher, we will send you a Gift Code via email.  This code will be valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. 

Promotion Codes and Offers

A maximum of one promotional code is redeemable per person and used within the appropriate timeframe.

The promotional codes and offers are only redeemable against products sold by Ma’ House London Ltd and can never be used otherwise.

Each offer or promotional code may have its own conditions or limitations.  When that is the case, the conditions on the specific offer or code, stands.   

A promotion code or offer is redeemable in its entirety at once and cannot be redeemed partially or incrementally.

A promotional code or offer cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise specified. 

Promotional codes and offers have no monetary value and cannot be used commercially.

A promotional code or offer does not cover additional tax, service charge or gratuity.

All offers are subject to availability.

Payments

Payments for all services and products are made online via our website www.mahouse.uk .

All major debit and credit cards are accepted. 

Payments can be made with most currencies in the world although delivery is only to the UK so, if you are outside the UK but would like to buy a gift to somebody living in the UK, that is possible. 

Ma’ House London Ltd does not store payment details.  Payments are managed by Stripe, which is a third-party payment processor with a stringent and robust data protection and anti-fraud security systems.
